Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
The Scenordia app (the “App”) is published by an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia and listed as the seller of the App on the App Store and Google Play (“we”, “us”). We determine the purposes and means of the processing described in this policy.

2. Data we process
The App works without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or the device advertising identifier.
- On-device data: language, sound and haptics settings, cleared points, stars, purchase flag, and a random install identifier. It stays on your device and we cannot access it.
- Usage events: the random install identifier, the event type (theme finished, purchase screen opened, purchase completed), the theme number, and the time of the event. The App sends these to us.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system version. Our hosting provider receives these when the App loads the catalog and images.
- Purchase data: purchase status, transaction identifier, store country, currency, price, and an anonymous customer identifier. RevenueCat processes this data. Only Apple or Google receive your payment card details; we do not.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Verifying and restoring purchases — performance of our contract with you.
- Counting installs that finish a theme, open the purchase screen, and complete a purchase — our legitimate interest in improving the App.
- Operating and securing our servers — our legitimate interest.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, build user profiles, or make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Recipients
- Supabase Inc. — hosting the catalog and usage events.
- RevenueCat Inc. — verifying and restoring purchases.
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC — payments and refunds, under their own privacy policies.
- Public authorities — where required by law.
These companies may process data in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. Transfers rely on our agreements with these providers, including standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
5. Retention
- On-device data is deleted when you delete the App.
- Usage events are kept while needed for the purposes in section 3 and then deleted.
- Purchase data is kept while the purchase is active and for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own rules.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Armenia, this is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
Usage events are linked only to the random install identifier. We cannot match them to a specific person. Deleting the App resets the identifier, so new events are not linked to earlier ones.
For purchase data, include the transaction identifier from your Apple or Google receipt in your request.
Send requests to hello@aikyni.com. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
California residents: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided such data to us, write to hello@aikyni.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server data is accessible to us and to the providers in section 4 within their functions.
9. Changes
We publish new versions in the App and at scenordia.aikyni.com/privacy with a new date. We announce material changes in the App.

Приложение Scenordia («Приложение») выпускает индивидуальный предприниматель, зарегистрированный в Республике Армения и указанный продавцом Приложения в App Store и Google Play («мы»). Мы определяем цели и способы обработки данных, описанной в этой политике.

2. Какие данные мы обрабатываем
Приложение работает без регистрации. Мы не запрашиваем имя, адрес электронной почты, номер телефона, геолокацию, контакты, фотографии и рекламный идентификатор устройства.
- Данные на устройстве: язык, настройки звука и вибрации, пройденные точки, звёзды, отметка о покупке и случайный идентификатор установки. Они хранятся только на вашем устройстве, у нас к ним доступа нет.
- События использования: случайный идентификатор установки, тип события (завершена тема, открыто окно покупки, совершена покупка), номер темы и время события. Приложение отправляет их нам.
- Технические данные: IP-адрес, тип устройства, версия операционной системы. Их получает наш хостинг-провайдер при загрузке каталога и изображений.
- Данные о покупке: статус покупки, идентификатор транзакции, страна магазина, валюта, цена и анонимный идентификатор покупателя. Их обрабатывает RevenueCat. Данные банковской карты получают только Apple или Google, мы их не получаем.
3. Цели и основания обработки
- Проверка и восстановление покупки — исполнение договора с вами.
- Подсчёт установок, которые завершают тему, открывают окно покупки и совершают покупку, — наш законный интерес в улучшении Приложения.
- Работа и защита серверов — наш законный интерес.
Мы не продаём данные, не используем их для рекламы, не составляем профили пользователей и не принимаем автоматизированных решений, влекущих юридические последствия.
4. Получатели данных
- Supabase Inc. — хранение каталога и событий использования.
- RevenueCat Inc. — проверка и восстановление покупок.
- Apple Inc. и Google LLC — оплата и возвраты. Они обрабатывают данные по собственным политикам конфиденциальности.
- Государственные органы — в случаях, предусмотренных законом.
Эти компании могут обрабатывать данные в США и других странах за пределами страны вашего проживания. Передача осуществляется на основании договоров с поставщиками, включая стандартные договорные условия, где они требуются законом.
5. Сроки хранения
- Данные на устройстве удаляются вместе с Приложением.
- События использования хранятся, пока нужны для целей из раздела 3, затем удаляются.
- Данные о покупке хранятся, пока действует покупка, и в течение сроков, установленных налоговым и бухгалтерским законодательством.
- Технические журналы хранятся у хостинг-провайдера по его правилам.
6. Ваши права
В зависимости от страны проживания вы вправе запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки и перенос, возразить против обработки и подать жалобу в надзорный орган. В Армении это Агентство по защите персональных данных Министерства юстиции.
События использования связаны только со случайным идентификатором установки. Мы не можем сопоставить их с конкретным человеком. Удаление Приложения сбрасывает идентификатор: новые события не связываются с прежними.
По данным о покупке укажите в запросе идентификатор транзакции из чека Apple или Google.
Запросы направляйте на hello@aikyni.com. Мы отвечаем в сроки, установленные применимым законом.
Жителям Калифорнии: мы не продаём персональные данные и не передаём их для поведенческой рекламы.
7. Дети
Приложение не предназначено специально для детей младше 13 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем персональные данные детей. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал нам такие данные, напишите на hello@aikyni.com, и мы их удалим.
8. Безопасность
Данные передаются по зашифрованному соединению (HTTPS). Доступ к данным на серверах есть у нас и у поставщиков из раздела 4 в пределах их функций.
9. Изменения
Новая редакция публикуется в Приложении и на scenordia.aikyni.com/privacy с новой датой. О существенных изменениях мы сообщаем в Приложении.

1. Quiénes somos
La aplicación Scenordia (la «Aplicación») la publica un empresario individual registrado en la República de Armenia e indicado como vendedor de la Aplicación en App Store y Google Play («nosotros»). Determinamos los fines y medios del tratamiento descrito en esta política.

2. Datos que tratamos
La Aplicación funciona sin cuenta. No pedimos tu nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, ubicación, contactos, fotos ni el identificador de publicidad del dispositivo.
- Datos en el dispositivo: idioma, ajustes de sonido y vibración, puntos completados, estrellas, indicador de compra y un identificador aleatorio de instalación. Se quedan en tu dispositivo y no tenemos acceso a ellos.
- Eventos de uso: el identificador aleatorio de instalación, el tipo de evento (tema completado, pantalla de compra abierta, compra realizada), el número de tema y la hora del evento. La Aplicación nos los envía.
- Datos técnicos: dirección IP, tipo de dispositivo y versión del sistema operativo. Los recibe nuestro proveedor de alojamiento cuando la Aplicación carga el catálogo y las imágenes.
- Datos de compra: estado de la compra, identificador de transacción, país de la tienda, moneda, precio y un identificador anónimo de cliente. Los trata RevenueCat. Solo Apple o Google reciben los datos de tu tarjeta; nosotros no.
3. Fines y bases jurídicas
- Verificar y restaurar compras — ejecución del contrato contigo.
- Contar las instalaciones que completan un tema, abren la pantalla de compra y compran — nuestro interés legítimo en mejorar la Aplicación.
- Funcionamiento y seguridad de los servidores — nuestro interés legítimo.
No vendemos datos, no los usamos para publicidad, no elaboramos perfiles ni tomamos decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos.
4. Destinatarios
- Supabase Inc. — alojamiento del catálogo y de los eventos de uso.
- RevenueCat Inc. — verificación y restauración de compras.
- Apple Inc. y Google LLC — pagos y reembolsos, conforme a sus propias políticas de privacidad.
- Autoridades públicas — cuando la ley lo exija.
Estas empresas pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos y otros países fuera de tu país de residencia. Las transferencias se basan en nuestros contratos con estos proveedores, incluidas las cláusulas contractuales tipo cuando la ley las exige.
5. Conservación
- Los datos del dispositivo se borran al eliminar la Aplicación.
- Los eventos de uso se conservan mientras sean necesarios para los fines de la sección 3 y después se eliminan.
- Los datos de compra se conservan mientras la compra esté activa y durante los plazos exigidos por la normativa fiscal y contable.
- Los registros técnicos los conserva el proveedor de alojamiento según sus propias normas.
6. Tus derechos
Según tu país de residencia, puedes solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la supresión, la limitación o la portabilidad de tus datos, oponerte al tratamiento y presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control. En Armenia es la Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales del Ministerio de Justicia.
Los eventos de uso solo están vinculados al identificador aleatorio de instalación. No podemos asociarlos a una persona concreta. Al borrar la Aplicación el identificador se restablece y los nuevos eventos no se vinculan con los anteriores.
Para los datos de compra, indica en tu solicitud el identificador de transacción del recibo de Apple o Google.
Envía las solicitudes a hello@aikyni.com. Respondemos en los plazos que fija la ley aplicable.
Residentes de California: no vendemos información personal ni la compartimos para publicidad conductual.
7. Menores
La Aplicación no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos a sabiendas datos personales de menores. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado esos datos, escribe a hello@aikyni.com y los eliminaremos.
8. Seguridad
Los datos se transmiten mediante conexiones cifradas (HTTPS). Tenemos acceso a los datos del servidor nosotros y los proveedores de la sección 4 dentro de sus funciones.
9. Cambios
Publicamos las nuevas versiones en la Aplicación y en scenordia.aikyni.com/privacy con una nueva fecha. Avisamos de los cambios sustanciales en la Aplicación.
