Terms of Use
Effective 21 October 2026
1. General
These terms are an agreement between you and an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia and listed as the seller on the App Store and Google Play (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Scenordia app (the “App”).
By installing or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you download the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you download it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the App or its content;
- decompile the App or circumvent technical restrictions, including purchase verification;
- use the App in violation of the law.
3. Full Access purchase
Theme 1 is free. The one-time Full Access purchase (the “Unlock all themes” button) opens every theme at once.
The purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.
The price is shown in the store before payment.
Apple or Google process payments and refunds under their own rules. Send refund requests to the store where you made the purchase.
The purchase is tied to the Apple or Google account used to make it. You can restore it in Settings on a device signed in to the same account.
Progress is stored on the device and is not transferred if you delete the App or change devices.
4. Content and intellectual property
Scene descriptions, design, software, and the Scenordia name belong to us or are used under license.
Film and series titles are used to identify those works. Rights in films, series, and trademarks belong to their owners. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
We may add, change, or remove rounds and themes. Full Access covers the themes available in the App at the relevant time.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data, including progress in the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Sections 5 and 6 do not apply to the extent the law of your country of residence does not allow them, and do not limit your consumer rights.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate your access to the App if you breach these terms.
8. iOS terms
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, may enforce them against you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
10. Changes
We publish new versions in the App and at scenordia.aikyni.com/terms with a new date. By continuing to use the App after publication, you accept the new version.

1. Общие положения
Настоящие условия — договор между вами и индивидуальным предпринимателем, зарегистрированным в Республике Армения и указанным продавцом в App Store и Google Play («мы»), об использовании приложения Scenordia («Приложение»).
Устанавливая или используя Приложение, вы принимаете эти условия. Если вы не согласны с ними, не используйте Приложение.
При загрузке из App Store также действует Стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple для лицензионных приложений. При загрузке из Google Play — Условия использования Google Play.
2. Лицензия
Мы предоставляем вам неисключительную, непередаваемую, отзывную лицензию на использование Приложения в личных некоммерческих целях на устройствах, которыми вы владеете или управляете.
Запрещается:
- копировать, изменять, распространять, продавать и сдавать в аренду Приложение и его содержимое;
- декомпилировать Приложение и обходить технические ограничения, включая проверку покупки;
- использовать Приложение в нарушение закона.
3. Покупка «Полный доступ»
Тема 1 доступна бесплатно. Разовая покупка «Полный доступ» (кнопка «Открыть все темы») открывает все темы сразу.
Покупка не является подпиской и не продлевается автоматически.
Цена указывается в магазине до оплаты.
Оплату и возвраты проводят Apple или Google по своим правилам. Запрос на возврат направляется в магазин, где совершена покупка.
Покупка привязана к аккаунту Apple или Google, с которого она совершена. Её можно восстановить в разделе «Настройки» на устройстве с тем же аккаунтом.
Прогресс хранится на устройстве и не переносится при удалении Приложения или смене устройства.
4. Содержимое и интеллектуальная собственность
Описания сцен, оформление, программный код и обозначение Scenordia принадлежат нам или используются по лицензии.
Названия фильмов и сериалов используются для их обозначения. Права на фильмы, сериалы и товарные знаки принадлежат их правообладателям. Приложение не связано с правообладателями и не одобрено ими.
Мы вправе добавлять, изменять и удалять раунды и темы. «Полный доступ» распространяется на темы, доступные в Приложении в соответствующий момент.
5. Отказ от гарантий
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». В пределах, допускаемых законом, мы не гарантируем, что Приложение будет работать без перерывов и ошибок или соответствовать вашим ожиданиям.
6. Ограничение ответственности
В пределах, допускаемых законом, мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки, упущенную выгоду и утрату данных, включая прогресс в Приложении. Наша совокупная ответственность ограничена суммой, уплаченной вами за Приложение за 12 месяцев до наступления обстоятельства, послужившего основанием для требования.
Ограничения из разделов 5 и 6 не применяются в части, в которой их не допускает закон страны вашего проживания, и не ограничивают ваши права потребителя.
7. Прекращение
Вы можете прекратить использование, удалив Приложение. Мы вправе прекратить ваш доступ к Приложению при нарушении этих условий.
8. Положения для пользователей iOS
- Условия заключены между вами и нами, а не с Apple Inc. («Apple»). Ответственность за Приложение и его содержимое несём мы.
- Apple не обязана обеспечивать обслуживание и поддержку Приложения.
- Если Приложение не соответствует применимой гарантии, вы можете уведомить Apple, и Apple вернёт уплаченную за Приложение цену. В пределах, допускаемых законом, иных гарантийных обязательств в отношении Приложения у Apple нет.
- Претензии, связанные с Приложением, включая претензии об ответственности за продукт, о несоответствии требованиям закона и о защите прав потребителей, рассматриваем мы, а не Apple.
- Претензии третьих лиц о нарушении их интеллектуальных прав Приложением рассматриваем мы, а не Apple.
- Вы подтверждаете, что не находитесь в стране, в отношении которой США ввели эмбарго или которую правительство США относит к странам, поддерживающим терроризм, и не включены в списки лиц, с которыми правительство США запрещает сделки.
- Apple и её дочерние компании являются третьими лицами — выгодоприобретателями по этим условиям и вправе требовать их исполнения после того, как вы их приняли.
9. Применимое право
К условиям применяется право Республики Армения. Споры рассматриваются судами Республики Армения.
Если вы потребитель, за вами сохраняется защита, предоставляемая обязательными нормами страны вашего проживания, включая право обратиться в суд по месту жительства.
10. Изменения
Новая редакция публикуется в Приложении и на scenordia.aikyni.com/terms с новой датой. Продолжая использовать Приложение после публикации, вы принимаете новую редакцию.

1. Disposiciones generales
Estos términos son un contrato entre tú y un empresario individual registrado en la República de Armenia e indicado como vendedor en App Store y Google Play («nosotros») sobre el uso de la aplicación Scenordia (la «Aplicación»).
Al instalar o usar la Aplicación aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la Aplicación.
Si descargas la Aplicación desde App Store, también se aplica el Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final de aplicaciones con licencia de Apple. Si la descargas desde Google Play, también se aplican las Condiciones de servicio de Google Play.
2. Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la Aplicación con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos que poseas o controles.
No está permitido:
- copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender o alquilar la Aplicación o su contenido;
- descompilar la Aplicación o eludir restricciones técnicas, incluida la verificación de compra;
- usar la Aplicación en contra de la ley.
3. Compra «Acceso completo»
El tema 1 es gratuito. La compra única «Acceso completo» (botón «Abrir todos los temas») abre todos los temas de inmediato.
La compra no es una suscripción y no se renueva.
El precio se muestra en la tienda antes del pago.
Apple o Google gestionan los pagos y reembolsos según sus propias normas. Las solicitudes de reembolso se envían a la tienda donde se hizo la compra.
La compra está vinculada a la cuenta de Apple o Google con la que se realizó. Puedes restaurarla en Ajustes en un dispositivo con la misma cuenta.
El progreso se guarda en el dispositivo y no se transfiere si eliminas la Aplicación o cambias de dispositivo.
4. Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Las descripciones de escenas, el diseño, el software y el nombre Scenordia nos pertenecen o se usan con licencia.
Los títulos de películas y series se usan para identificar esas obras. Los derechos sobre películas, series y marcas pertenecen a sus titulares. La Aplicación no está afiliada a ellos ni cuenta con su aprobación.
Podemos añadir, modificar o eliminar rondas y temas. El Acceso completo abarca los temas disponibles en la Aplicación en cada momento.
5. Exclusión de garantías
La Aplicación se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida permitida por la ley, no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores ni que cumpla tus expectativas.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos, lucro cesante ni pérdida de datos, incluido el progreso en la Aplicación. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al importe que pagaste por la Aplicación en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que origine la reclamación.
Las secciones 5 y 6 no se aplican en la medida en que la ley de tu país de residencia no lo permita y no limitan tus derechos como consumidor.
7. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento eliminándola. Podemos poner fin a tu acceso si incumples estos términos.
8. Disposiciones para usuarios de iOS
- Estos términos se celebran entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple Inc. («Apple»). Nosotros, y no Apple, somos responsables de la Aplicación y su contenido.
- Apple no tiene obligación de prestar mantenimiento ni soporte para la Aplicación.
- Si la Aplicación no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple y Apple te reembolsará el precio de compra. En la medida permitida por la ley, Apple no tiene ninguna otra obligación de garantía respecto de la Aplicación.
- Nosotros, y no Apple, atendemos las reclamaciones relacionadas con la Aplicación, incluidas las de responsabilidad por producto, incumplimiento de requisitos legales o reglamentarios y protección del consumidor.
- Nosotros, y no Apple, atendemos las reclamaciones de terceros por infracción de sus derechos de propiedad intelectual.
- Declaras que no te encuentras en un país sometido a embargo del Gobierno de EE. UU. ni designado por este como país que apoya el terrorismo, y que no figuras en ninguna lista de personas prohibidas o restringidas del Gobierno de EE. UU.
- Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estos términos y, una vez aceptados, pueden exigir su cumplimiento.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley de la República de Armenia. Las controversias se resuelven ante los tribunales de la República de Armenia.
Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de las normas imperativas de tu país de residencia, incluido el derecho a acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.
10. Cambios
Publicamos las nuevas versiones en la Aplicación y en scenordia.aikyni.com/terms con una nueva fecha. Si sigues usando la Aplicación tras la publicación, aceptas la nueva versión.
